The Task

Prague Airport approached us to develop a new eCommerce strategy geared towards providing an upgraded passenger experience and driving commercial revenues.

Our Approach

Our team first analysed critical factors such as consumer behaviour, tech trends, and the competitive landscape to understand the challenges faced and how the airport could respond. We also conducted an internal assessment to gauge the organisation’s digital readiness.

Based on these insights, we defined a new vision and strategic guidelines for the airport to create added value for its passengers. We then analysed different business models to identify the one that could optimise the overall impact in terms of return and quality of service. The different options were discussed internally and presented to the client’s Management Board.

After selecting the ideal option and ensuring an efficient implementation, we developed a detailed roadmap that presented a clear strategy and a step-by-step approach to implementation. This approach aligned future decisions concerning technology and HR with the airport’s overall eCommerce vision.

The Result

The outcome of our analysis was a comprehensive and actionable eCommerce strategy that presented the client with a clear path forward. With this roadmap, the client could implement the required changes to drive commercial revenues and improve passenger experience while ensuring alignment with their long-term vision.
